Welcome to the Lake House! Located about 3 hours outside of St. Louis this our little refuge from the daily grind. We bought this place about 3 years ago as a project house and vacation spot for friends and family. When we purchased this place the interior was a bit too traditional-cottage for our taste so we have spent the last few years putting our stamp on it. Like any home I own it will always be a work in progress. I will be intermixing posts on the Lake House with that of the City House and projects both past and present will be featured on FG&C.
